Villa Vabiti is very modern and comfortable offering the perfect accommodation for 9 people (8+1) in 4 spacious, en-suite bedrooms. This beautiful and stylish property offers an ideal setting for your dream vacation. Located in the peaceful area of Omiš, within walking distance to the beach and Omiš town centre with lots of restaurants. 

The entire space is covered with free Wi-Fi, fully air-conditioned, and with amazing and panoramic sea views from every corner of this outstanding property.

Once you step on the property you will be greeted by a staircase (indoor and outdoor) from which you are entering the inner Spa area for your soul and body in which there is a Jacuzzi, Finish sauna, gym with treadmill, multifunction workout machine, exercise bike, weights, A/C, a TV, a shower and exit to a spacious terrace with lounge furniture and sea views.

Indoor staircase takes you to the first floor with a contemporary open concept kitchen and living room, offering sofas, smart TV with speakers, PS4, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay, a dining area and glass walls to the sun deck and pool area. A separate toilet.

The outdoor area is a walkout terrace from the living /dining room/ kitchen which leads to a private and not overlooked heated pool with Hydro-massage and a geyser. A huge sun deck area with 10 sun deck loungers, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. A covered dining area with BBQ and summer kitchen and a lounge corner in front of the living room. The outdoor offers panoramic sea views from every corner.

The second floor offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace with sea views. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed , A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with sea and pool views; Bedroom No2 with king-size bed , A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and a terrace with sea and pool views; Bedroom No3 with king-size bed , a sofa bed for 1 person, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and a terrace with sea and pool views; Bedroom No4 with king-size bed, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and a terrace with sea and pool views. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.

Villa Vabiti is situated in a quiet area just above town Omiš, offering panoramic views over the city, Adriatic sea, the coast, the islands, and the Fortica fortress (attractive walking trail to the fortress is near villa). There is an opportunity of hiring additional services with pour help like grocery delivery, hiring a chef (agreed at booking), private daily boat tours, rafting, zip-line, renting bikes, and other activities in Omiš or at Cetina rive to make your stay at Villa ADA more interesting. Located only 25km far, you can visit wonderful Mediterranean pearl, famous town Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of thrones serial. Also, Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while staying in our villa.
