Villa Splendida is a beautiful, idyllic villa situated within walking distance of the picturesque village of Splitska on Brac Island. 

The ancient village offers a handful of traditional Dalmatian restaurants by the waterside while the next town is just a short drive away where you can find all amenities. Some nearby coves and beaches are just a short drive away. 

The stylish villa with its own private pool has everything you need for a luxury Croatian holiday. Villa Splendida offers a sense of tranquillity with spacious indoor and outdoor areas that are spread over two floors.

The kitchen and dining area overlooks the grand patio, gorgeous pool and breath-taking Croatian views.

The outdoor area provides gorgeous views of the surrounding areas and across the sea right to the other side of the island. The surrounding areas provide a tranquil back drop for your holiday, which you can also enjoy from the pool. Also outside, is a stone barbecue and shaded dining area which provides ample space and perfect views of the Adriatic.  

Upstairs features a gym area and laundry room, this villa really does have everything that you will need for your holiday. Villa Splendida has an adjoining apartment on the lower level which has one bedroom, one bathroom and its own kitchen. This can be used for those seeking extra privacy. The bedroom features twin beds that can be connected to make a double if you prefer.

This charming villa was built with traditional stone and eco materials, certifying it with an A+ certificate in energy consumption as well as providing the highest level of comfort and style. 

To make your stay on the Island of Brac as pleasant as possible, Villa Splendida has been equipped with all you might need for entertainment including darts and children's toys.
