Villa Meloneras Hills 16 is situated in a great location just a 15 minute walk from Meloneras and Mapalomas beach. From here, bars, restaurants and shops can be found a little further as you head towards meloneras promenade with the best boutiques and cafes in the south of Gran Canaria. Lively Maspalomas is also just a short drive away, where you can explore the famous sand dunes and many other attractions in this popular area.

Meloneras Hills 16 has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The spacious and bright living room offers satellite TV and air conditioning, there is also air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The accommodation is distributed on 2 floors and basement, with 4 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and private pool, the rest with two single beds each, also has 4 bathrooms one of them with a bathtub. The large terrace has an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, sunbeds and a swimming pool that can be heated (with a supplement).
