In nearby Rovinj you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, gelato parlours and little shops along its cobbled streets, plus a delightful beach here as well. The villa is also well placed to visit the historical town of Pula and the other attractive sea side resort of Porec both within a 30 minute drive, making its location a great base from which to explore some of Istria’s delights.

On the first floor there is a full equipped kitchen, dining and living area, separate toilet, two doubles and one twin bedroom, shower room and bathroom with bath. Steps going downstairs to the ground floor offer two doubles and one twin bedroom, two shower rooms and small kitchen with dining and living area.
Patio doors from the kitchen on the fist floor lead out to the inviting pool (9,5mx5 m) area, covered terrace with BBQ and furniture (table and chairs for 12 persons) and lounge area.
