Villa Lunense has a large garden, completely fenced and is characterized by a beautiful, well-kept meadow with trees, hedges and flowering shrubs, which create a particularly cosy atmosphere for moments of relaxation and outdoor life. The large wooden pergola with marble floor and access from the living room and the kitchen is equipped with table, chairs, brick grill and pizza oven, ideal for cosy dining outdoors.  

The villa is comfortable and equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the three bedrooms on the first floor. On the first floor there is also a large terrace with shady, white awnings, sun loungers and a wonderful view over the country. The private swimming pool is located in front of the villa. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace with loungers, parasols and an outside shower, an ideal place for sunbathing and reading a good book. 

The interior of the villa is characterized by well-cared for fine work, designer furniture and marble floors and cladding. It extends over three levels connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance on the ground floor opens to a bright living room with a sofa corner, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and French doors to the garden. Two steps lead up to the dining room and the well-equipped kitchen in a separate room with access to the external loggia for outdoor dining. The ground floor is completed by a studio with a single sofa bed and a guest bathroom.

The first floor consists of 2 double rooms, one of which has a bathroom with a massage shower and access to a beautiful, covered panoramic terrace, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub and shower.

In the basement (with access also from outside) there is 1 large twin bedroom with an additional 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The villa is located at the foot of the Versilia hills that rise to the Apuan Alps, in a quiet position along a small side road. Even if it is rural, it is close to Carrara and the beaches of Marina di Carrara. The motorway is also easy to reach.
