Villa Kristal offers very comfortable accommodation with a heated private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of the crystal blue-turquoise water of the Adriatic sea and of island Brač, from every corner of the house. Your privacy on the whole property is guaranteed, and the area is very peaceful and quiet.

It is specially designed for family or friends relaxing holiday, conveniently located in the old part of village Mimice. It's close enough to the charming, small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river where you can enjoy many activities, also close to the famous town Split and Makarska Riviera with amazing beaches and yet a perfect location if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening to the crickets surrounded with Mediterranean plants! The beach in Mimice and the local area are very clean and warm, feel free to explore the local area.

Because the property is located on the slope, it has several levels a car is recommended, and there are two parking places secured on the property. Villa is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-fi. Also, the house is eco-friendly and self-sustaining.

On the first level, there is the main entrance to the bedroom area where you have a master bedroom with king-size bed with a balcony and opened sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning and a TV. Two further twin bedrooms with open sea views, air-conditioning and a TV. A family bathroom with a shower.

The internal staircase takes you down to the spacious, open-plan living room area with amazing sea views and connected to the outdoor dining area. The living room offers comfy sofas, a TV, air-conditioning a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern guest's needs for their comfortable stay. There is also a family bathroom with shower.

Outdoor dining area is connected to the kitchen and living room. Covered dining area with gas barbecue and panoramic sea and island views that you can enjoy any time of the day or night… just next to it is a playground for your youngest and offers a trampoline, wooden play-house with a slide and a swing. Additionally, you have 3 mountain bikes for your use, included.

Outdoor steps take you to the Pool area. It is a lower level where you have a private heated pool, offering absolute privacy. At the pool area, you have deck chairs and a lounge corner where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a good book. What more do you need for a perfect holiday with those stunning sea views.
