The villa has been recently refurbished and has been decorated to a high standard. Inside you have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and outside you have well maintained gardens and large pool.
 

LA QUINTA MARBELLA

The villa ideally located as you are within walking distance to Supermarkets, Cafes, restaurants and bars. The bustling marina and night life of Puerto Banus is less than 2km away and you have Central Plaza with many shops and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Golf courses such as Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos are less than 5 minutes driving and if you wish to venture a bit further you have courses such as La Quinta and Los Arqueros within a 15-minute drive.

As you walk into the villa you have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with fire place. The fully fitted kitchen offers all modern appliances should you choose to prepare indoors during your stay. Just to the left of the entrance you have a double bedroom with wardrobes and double bed. Going up the stairs to the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms. The master offering a double bed and ensuite bathroom as well as direct access to the upper terrace. The upper terrace has a sofa and chairs and is a great place to relax with your morning coffee and newspaper. From the upper terrace you can enjoy the stunning views of the La Concha Mountain! Bedroom 2 has 2 bunkbeds and can sleep 4 individuals. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds and direct access to the terrace. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

You can directly access the pool and garden area from the living room. The terrace area offers sofas for relaxing in the sun and sun loungers close to the pool should you want to catch some rays!
