An ample open concept kitchen gives onto the lounge / dining area with a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV. Off the lounge area, a small arch leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing the only shower room with WC. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned on a timer. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and door out to the back of the property.
