Stunning villa recently built to a very high standard in the countryside overlooking the Alcudia Bay and very near the famous Albufera wetland. The villa stands in its own grounds and has breath taking views to the Tramuntana mountain range behind and the sea in the distance.

Although the villa lies only 5 Km from the most famous beach in North Mallorca a car is necessary when booking this house.

The accommodation lies on two floors, downstairs, the spacious modern kitchen / dining area leads to the covered porch and garden. Next to the kitchen is the lounge area with satellite TV. Two pretty bedrooms, one double and one twin each with their own en suite shower rooms complete the ground floor. One of the bedrooms and the lounge have access to the back garden with a small terrace and grass.

Upstairs lies the master bedroom with a king size bed and own en suite shower room. A pretty terrace enjoys views to the bay in the distance. The whole house is fully air conditioned (on a timer) and there is Wifi throughout.

Outside there is a covered BBQ and porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining and a ping pong table. There is plenty of lawn for children to run around
