Villa Dora is a beautiful country property with a pool situated in the south-east of Sicily, between the villages of Ispica and Rosolini. Set in a sunny, quiet location, the villa offers relaxing views over the surrounding countryside with its typical carob, olive and citrus trees which lend a charm to this rural landscape.

A well-kept garden with lawn frames the villa, its spacious terrace, and the beautiful pool with Jacuzzi.

Recently built, the villa is on two levels. The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped, masonry kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. A marble and iron staircase leads to the first floor, which is home to a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, in a separate annexe, is a second kitchen with wood-fired oven and bbq. The villa is also equipped with central heating, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV and washing machine.

SANDY BEACHES IN SICILY

Easily reached from Villa Dora are the wonderful baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, but also the sandy beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve, of Pozzallo and Portopalo.
