Located in the picturesque village of Perce, Villa Crvena is just 3km from the sea and 15 minutes drive from both Porec and Novigrad, two beautiful, popular seaside resorts on Istria's west coastline full of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars plus plenty of history too. 

Designed for large groups that want to holiday together, the villa is spacious enough to accommodate 10 guests in five comfortable en suite bedrooms. A kitchen with large dining room for up to 12 people and spacious lounge, plus In the attic, there is a separate kitchenette and small living room with balcony. All rooms benefit from air conditioning and there's even a games room for added entertainment.

Outside presents an inviting pool, complete with rattan sun loungers and seating, plus a beautiful covered dining area with traditional, built in barbecue perfect for al fresco dining overlooking the pool. Villa Crvena is the perfect base from which to explore what this stunning region has to offer.
