Cosme is a beautiful stone-built house with private swimming pool, sitting in wonderful gardens with palm trees, shrubs, flowers and even a pond! Perfectly located between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, at the edge of S'Albufereta natural reserve, Cosme can sleep up to 8 guests and has been finished with comfort and class in mind.

Entry to the villa is via the large lounge/dining room which includes traditional stone walls, beamed ceiling and patio doors out to a seating terrace. A door at the opposite end leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. Another door, into a corridor, provides access to the other ground floor rooms – a double bedroom, a full bathroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor and two further twin bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room.

Outside there is plenty of sunbathing space on the terrace and around the pool. Shade can be enjoyed under the covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen while a built-in barbecue is perfect for dining alfresco. The options for sunbathing or playing in the garden will make all the family happy, and the beautiful environment surrounded by peace and quiet will be a true delight.
