Submersed in the countryside Villa Bonaria boasts a beautiful natural setting not far from the Costa Esmeralda. Some stunning beaches are within easy reach dotted along the coast from Palau and Cannigionne, the closest being Spiaggia del Golfo delle Saline just a ten minute drive away. The towns of Palau and Arzachena can both be reached within a 15 minute drive where you will find everything you need. Alternatively Baia Sardinia can be found a little further along the coast for a lovely day at the beach. The villa is spacious and homely including the benefit of air conditioning throughout and a billiards table for your enjoyment. The sun deck and inviting swimming pool is the ideal place to soak up the sun making Bonaria the ideal rural base from which to experience a true-sense of Sardinian paradise.

It has two comfortable entrances, one on the kitchen to facilitate the shopping, the second onto the living room from the swimming pool area. Both entrances have convenient parking spaces.

The living area equipped with a large billiard table has a comfortable relaxation area and exit to the terrace offering a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Few steps up, there is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace. Still from the living area (3 steps down) there is access to another three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

From the living area 13 steps down a staircase, there is a kitchen with an utility room and a courtesy bathroom. This area leads to another two double bedrooms (two steps) with en-suite bathroom and terrace. The covered veranda is equipped with a barbecue.

The whole villa has  air conditioning and TV in all bedrooms for added comfort.
