Villa Boja is a lovely, modern villa situated just 5km from the beautiful fishing village of Fazana. Spend time watching the boats come in or take a trip to visit the stunning Brijuni islands, Fazana has a pebbly beach and the centre has some delightful seafood restaurants and cafes.

Designed in a modern, contemporary style throughout the villa offers an open plan living accommodation with patio doors that lead out to the inviting pool and large sun terrace area surrounded by a lawn including table tennis and pool table for added enjoyment. All three bedrooms feature a flat screen TV and one has the benefit of air conditioning. The villa boasts a wonderful first floor balcony where distant sea views and sunsets can be admired. 

Only a 15 minute drive away from the historical Pula, this attractive villa is in a convenient position to enjoy the southern part of Istria.  plus you are close to some beautiful beaches in and around the southern tip of Istira.
