There's also a cinema room for added enjoyment.

Outdoor offers a private, heated 34 sqm infinity swimming pool with hydro-massage and fully automated salt electrolysis system. The sun deck area with 12 deck chairs, a covered terrace with a comfortable outdoor dining area, and a traditional barbecue next to it makes plenty of areas to relax. There is lounge furniture next to the pool and two garden egg chairs. From the outdoors, you also have access to a sauna and hot tub. There's amazing and open landscape views to the natural surroundings and you can even see the Adriatic sea in the distance. The privacy is secured and the sun deck area is not overlooked. Behind the house, there is an artificial grass plot area with table tennis, a trampoline, and a badminton set where hours of fun can be had.

The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned, stylish, and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a chaise longue for relaxing or reading your favourite book, a flat-screen TV, glass walls toward the pool area, a Media Room with a play console PS4 next to it. A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a very comfortable stay and to show your culinary skills (a wine cooler, microwave oven, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a dining area for 10 people with glass walls and exit to pool and outdoor dining area; There is also a Bedroom NO1 with king-size bed 180 x 200, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and a bathtub, exit to the terrace next to pool; A separate family toilet with a washing machine.

Omiš is approx. 7 km from the Villa and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance, the old part of Omiš offers cute, small streets to walk through and visit a Mirabela fortress with amazing views on Omiš and Cetina river. A lot of great restaurants, bars, open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, best sandy and pebble beaches with very clear sea and all just 10 min drive from the property.
Famous town Split is 18 km or 25 min drive to the center and also is of cultural importance, with a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit, very alive during the day also evening, so this is the must-see place! The area of Omiš and Cetina river gorge offers many sports possibilities. You can try the zip-line above Cetina river canyon, white water rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cycling, and much more (7km from the villa).

Villa consists of two floors of a total 235 sqm useful surface, located on the 750 sqm private plot with a security video surveillance. There is a garage for one car and a private parking place for 3 cars.
