The kitchen leads into the spacious living room with patio doors opening on to the pool and garden.  There is a generously proportioned L shaped leather sofa and comfortable circular easy chair with footstool ideal for chilling and either watching the large flat screen Smart TV with Satellite System (including BBC/ITV/CH4/5 & All Sky Channels received in Lanzarote) or enjoying the view of the pool through the large picture window.  Wifi and Bluetooth Tower speaker are provided for your convenience. Patio doors lead to the dining/garden room.

Contains a large rectangular dining table with 6 rattan chairs, surrounded by fitted units, built in washing machine, sink and fridge/freezer.  A set of patio doors leads to the rear area of the villa and another set open out onto the pool and garden, providing the choice of a completely enclosed or open dining area, depending on your mood!  Either way, perfect for enjoying a BBQ which is just outside on the terrace
