Sea View Villa Hill enjoys an excellent location, built on the top of a hill in the Sarakina area, amidst centuries-old olive groves and vineyards, with stunning views of the blue Ionian Sea. This newly built and modern villa is within walking distance from the famous tourist resort of Laganas. This lively resort has many shops, restaurants, clubs and bars offering a great atmosphere, plus several cafes overlooking the seafront. Pedalo and boat hire are readily available, and you may even be able to catch a glimpse of the endangered Loggerhead Turtles which nest on the beach! You’ll also be in a great position for exploring the island.

Matching the encompassing quietude, a relaxing, elegant colour scheme is used throughout the villa, making use of pure white and light-toned grey, as well as natural wood shades. A luminous interior includes an airy living area, a cosy kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the impeccable outdoor area with a private swimming pool among the lush scenery and a barbeque area for tasty meals with a unique view.

On the first floor you will find the first bedroom with one double bed, made of two large twins pushed together, a wardrobe, a large mirror and a dresser table. Also, on the first floor you will find one common bathroom with a shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor, where there is an attic with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the attic there is, also, one sofa, a wardrobe and large windows which look out to the sea.

Out by the terrace, go for a dip in your private, secluded swimming pool or lounge on the sun chairs or Jacuzzi Hot tub for 6 persons as you soak in the scenery of the Ionian Sea and blue skies. A free-standing barbeque allows you to cook under the sun and enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table under the stars.
