Villa Andon is a traditional 3 bedroom stone property set in a beautiful countryside location, with wonderful views towards the Ionian sea. Located in Xirocastelo, the villa is ideally placed to explore the long sandy beaches of Vasilikos Peninsula, as well as the shops and restaurants of nearby Argassi resort. Relax in the peaceful surroundings by your own private pool, or admire the sea views from the terrace. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

The inviting private pool is surrounded by a stone terrace with plenty of sunbeds for soaking up the summer sun. 2 steps lead up to a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. This terrace wraps round the side of the villa, where there is a further seating area with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and over the Ionian Sea. A perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of wine. There is also a portable BBQ for those alfresco meals.

The villa is accessed from a country lane, with ample off-road parking for 2 hire cars in a tree- shaded area. A wooden gate leads past the pool area, to the side of the villa where there are 2 steps up to the front door.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining room has a bright and airy feel with 2 sets of patio doors opening from the lounge on to the covered terrace. The living room also has wooden beamed ceilings adding character to the space, which is well furnished with 2 sofas, flat screen TV and a feature fireplace. A dining table and chairs separates the living area from the spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a small private balcony with sea views, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a further double bedroom and a twin room, both with private balconies also looking out to sea. These rooms have use of a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms are bright and pleasantly furnished.

Villa Andon is a detached property with a fabulous countryside setting in Xirocastelo, ideally located to explore the surrounding resorts and beaches. The resort of Argassi is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find a number of shops, boutiques and restaurants. To the south is the beautiful Vasilikos Peninsula, a 10 minute drive away, with plentiful sandy beaches. The island’s capital, Zakynthos Town, can also easily be reached within a 15 minute drive.
