Le Scarsine is a five-bedroom country villa particularly recommended for groups of friends or family, built respecting with the traditional style of Umbrian old farmhouses surrounded by olive groves with panoramic views of the valley surrounding the river Tiber.

The house is on two floors with an annex nearby which includes a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The covered patio takes us to the front entrance of the ground floor, which includes a large living room complete with a fireplace and a tv, a dining room, a kitchen (complete with utensils), 1 bedroom with two beds and en suite bathroom with shower, WC. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bathtub (one bathroom also has a shower and a bathtub with massaging water jets). This upper floor also has a small loggia, in which there is a living room with a charming view of the valley. The utility room in the basement has a washing machine available to the guests.

The country house is fully equipped with mosquito nets in all bedrooms and has a car park on the property. The country house is located between Umbria and Lazio and is easy to get to from several major motorways. The house is immersed in the countryside and offers numerous walking paths, such as a path kept by the LIPU (the Italian Bird Protection Society).
