Can Menut Nou is a beautifully designed property, ideal for groups of friends or family, cyclists or  hikers. Being on the edge of the town of Pollença with views over the Ternelles Valley, yet within an  easy ten-minute walk to the centre, Can Menut Nou offers the best of both worlds. 

The ground floor is open plan with the dining room, living area and kitchen all connected. Large  french doors surround the room making it a very bright space. The villa is big and spacious with four  bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite. Just 10 minutes walking to the town centre where  you'll find a great range of restaurants and shops

The outdoor area of the villa is all paved, so may not be the best choice for guests who like a lawn area for children to play.
The house is elevated, so the main entrance and all the exterior terraces are accessed by steps. Guests need to consider this with toddlers and guests with limited mobility. Neighbouring houses can sometimes be heard as it is in a residential area
