Day 1:Package Chile Gastronomy /Outbound


Fly from London to Santiago. Met on arrival and transferred to the hotel for a two-night stay in Ola
Providencia Hotel with breakfast.


Day 2: Santiago: Culture, Markets & Modern Cuisine


Begin your morning exploring Santiago's cultural heart, visiting La Moneda, Plaza de Armas, and the creative Barrio Lastarria, where art, design, and gastronomy come together. Continue to the vibrant La Vega Central market for a guided tasting of fresh produce, cheeses, and local delicacies. Enjoy a delicious farm-to-table lunch highlighting Andean ingredients, and end the day with an evening at leisure or an optional pisco and Chilean spirits tasting.


Day 3: Casablanca Valley: Wine & Coastal Cuisine


Depart Santiago for the scenic Casablanca Valley, famed for its exceptional cool-climate wines. Enjoy a private winery tour and tasting before settling into a relaxing afternoon or taking a sunset stroll through the vineyards. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner served at the winery.


Day 4: Coastal Day: Valparaso


Explore the UNESCO World Heritage port city, known for its colorful hills, historic funiculars, and vibrant street art. Lunch at a seafood restaurant overlooking the bay, featuring local catch and crisp coastal wines.


Day 5: Morning in Casablanca, Santiago and Atacama


Enjoy a relaxed vineyard breakfast before your transfer back to Santiago. Fly from Santiago to Atacama. Met on arrival and transferred to the hotel for a four-night stay in La Casa de Don Tomas Hotel with breakfast. In the evening, enjoy a desert welcome dinner featuring ingredients from the highlands.


Day 6: Valle de la Luna & Andean Gastronomy


Begin the day exploring the otherworldly landscapes of Valle de la Luna, with its dramatic, surreal formations. Return for a hands-on Andean cooking session with a local chef, uncovering the flavors of ancestral ingredients. In the late afternoon, enjoy a wine and cheese pairing on the dunes at sunset, followed by an unforgettable stargazing experience with a private astronomer.


Day 7:Altiplanic Lagoons & Village Tasting


Set out on a full-day journey to the stunning Altiplanic Lagoons, stopping in small Atacameo villages to meet local producers who keep ancient culinary traditions alive. Enjoy a warm, home-style lunch at a family-run spot before returning to your lodge for a peaceful evening by the fire.


Day 8: Puritama Hot Springs


Enjoy a rejuvenating morning soak in the Puritama hot springs, followed by a scenic picnic lunch. Return to the lodge for a relaxed evening and a memorable farewell dinner with curated wine pairings.


Day 9: San Pedro de Atacama to Santiago


Transfer out to the airport and fly to Santiago. Met on arrival and transferred to the hotel for a one-night stay in Ola Providencia with breakfast.


Day 10:Santiago - Balmaceda Aysn Patagonia


Fly south to Balmaceda and transfer through stunning valleys and rivers to your remote Patagonian lodge. Enjoy lunch at a countryside estancia, sampling homemade bread, lamb empanadas, and local cheeses. In the evening, delight in a welcome dinner featuring Patagonian lamb and forest berries, perfectly paired with Chilean wines.


Day 11: Fjords, Forest & Flavors of Aysn


Embark on a day trip exploring Patagonian fjords, glaciers, or the Marble Caves, depending on the season. Enjoy a picnic lunch featuring local smoked trout, wild mushrooms, and Chilean artisanal cheeses. Return to the lodge for an intimate cooking experience with the chef, preparing a traditional curanto patagnico, a rustic feast cooked underground over hot stones.


Day 12: Gauchos & Countryside Table


Take a scenic excursion to Lago General Carrera or the surrounding rivers, enjoying a picnic lunch by the water. Return to the lodge for a farewell tasting menu, showcasing local ingredients paired with boutique Chilean wines.


Day 13: Balmaceda to Santiago


Breakfast and transfer to Balmaceda Airport for your flight to Santiago. Met on arrival and transferred to the hotel for a one-night stay in Ola Providencia with breakfast.


Day 14: Santiago - UK


Transfer out to the airport and fly home.
