Savor the beauty and romance of the New Orleans skyline aboard the Dinner Jazz Cruise. Enjoy the Dukes of Dixieland jazz band and a narration provided by our captain while cruising the Mighty Mississippi River. There are two seating times for dinner, so please check the availability of both if one is unavailable. The 1st dinner seating is from 6-7:15 pm and the 2nd is from 7:45-9 pm. Groups must be booked as one reservation to be seated together for dinner. The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel, the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic riverboat experience of a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi, enjoying traditional live jazz, craft cocktails, and all the beautiful New Orleans sites while exploring the newly renovated riverboat. Make sure you check out all four decks - the top deck view is a sight to see! Upgrade your ticket to include the dinner buffet.

The Gray Line 'Lighthouse' ticket office is located at Toulouse St and the Mississippi River (Steamboat Natchez Dock), just one block from Jackson Square in the French Quarter. Boarding begins at 6 pm and departs at 7 pm. The boat will return at 9 pm. The band begins at 6 pm, so be sure to arrive early! Not just a boat, the Steamboat NATCHEZ is a time machine that fills its passengers with the romance and marvel of yesteryear! Cruise along the Mississippi River and let the Steamboat NATCHEZ whisk you away with its atmosphere and ambiance, with everything from a museum-quality Engine Room to the ship's orders being called over an old-time megaphone. Mon 29 Apr 2024: New Orleans Music Walking Tour
Explore the world's richest musical city. Starting with Louis Armstrong Park and Congo Square, the historic site of African slave gatherings is the only place in North America where pure West African religious rituals and musical traditions were performed. Congo Square is the wellspring of all New Orleans music and so many world-famous songs. Visit the building that housed Cosimo Matassa's groundbreaking J&M Studios - the true birthplace of rockn'roll. See the New Orleans Musicians Tomb. The first burial to take place was for Lloyd Washington of the Ink Spots on October 23, 2004. The Musicians Tomb was restored and is administered by Robert Florence of NOLA Historic Tours. Learn about the Second Line & stroll down Basin Street to the remains of Storyville, a fabled red light district whose parlors presented Buddy Bolden and Jelly Roll Morton. Then move through the Tango Belt to May Baileys and the French Opera House, ending with the legendary Preservation Hall.
