Tue 03 Dec 24: 3 Nights Northern Lights Adventure in the Forest
Land at Ivalo airport, where you will be met and taken directly to your accommodation for the duration of your Christmas holiday. Drive through the ethereal pine forest, and arrive at your very own cabin, nestled within the still, white forest. Take some time to settle in, unpack, or explore, then you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant. You will be staying in a beautiful cabin, which provides panoramic surroundings of this Christmas winter wonderland and the pitch black polar night sky. With any luck, youll be able to witness the spectacle of the Northern Lights on your very first night in Lapland.

Wed 04 Dec 24 - Snowmobiling and Aurora Camp
Today your morning activity is perfect for those who have never tried snowmobiling before. First, you will get familiar with the snowmobile and have full safety instructions and a driving lesson. After everyone feels comfortable, we will head out for a small journey into the nearby surroundings through the beautiful Lappish countryside. Children will be sitting in a sleigh pulled behind the guide's snowmobile. Back to the resort for a generous and well-deserved Lunch, enjoy a relaxing break maybe try a Finnish sauna (bookable locally), and take a break before the
afternoons Aurora experience!
In the evening you'll go in search of the Northern Lights, away from light pollution you will travel through amazing forest surroundings. You will be comfortably seated in a sled that is pulled by the guide's snowmobile. This way you can enjoy the northern sky all the way to the campsite. At the camp, there is a hut with a roaring open fire to warm you up on the cold night of Aurora hunting. At the camp, pancakes will be prepared on the open fire, and there will be warm drinks to enjoy. The camp has a minimum amount of light pollution, so it is perfect for viewing the Northern Lights which will hopefully show
up in the sky.

Thu 05 Dec 24 - Husky Safari
After a hearty breakfast, set out on an exciting husky safari, dashing through the silent, snow-covered forest on your own private sleigh. Meet these beautiful, energetic dogs that will take you exploring through the glistening wilderness, on a bucket list arctic safari. The dog sled is shared by two people who can take turns driving the sled whilst the other sits back and enjoys the ride and the scenery. Jump on a sled and enjoy the thrill of the snow and speed!
The Husky experience will take approximately 3hrs (1 hour driving time) which will give you the afternoon at your leisure. Why not rent Snowshoes or Cross Country Skis to explore the trails and paths that snake through this untouched, pristine part of the world and discover dramatic fells, hidden clearings, and frozen lakes. Activity timings may differ slightly, your personal schedule will be given to you upon check-in.

Fri 06 Dec 24 - Farewell
Today is your final day in Lapland. Wake up at a leisurely time (check-out isn't until 11 AM), and enjoy a delicious breakfast by the log fire as you reflect on the wonderful adventure you've had with us. Well transfer you back to the airport, and look forward to maybe seeing you again!
