Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Nairobi 22:00
Transfer

Day 2: Nairobi Activity
Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and the nearby Giraffe Centre.
Pick up from your hotel in time to arrive at 11 am.
11:00 - 12am, Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage.
The baby animals are brought from the national park for a mud-bath at the orphanage-for an hour you can get close to them and sometimes touch them.
You shall have an opportunity to view the handlers feeding them.
There is a private viewing session in the afternoon of each day for foster parents and allows you to see the animals in private where you may interact with them- this requires advance booking.
There is a keeper who will give a talk about the baby elephant's origin and progress.
You can get really close to the elephants.
The orphanage also takes in rhinos-if lucky you will get the chance to see a young rhino.

Giraffe Centre
You are picked up from your Nairobi hotel for a drive to the Giraffe Center.
The giraffe center is a close up and learning tour while in Nairobi.
Tour provides an opportunity for personal interaction where you view giraffes with an option of feeding them.
The African Fund for Endangered Wildlife Kenya (A.F.E.W.)
Also known as the Giraffe Center owners are the ideas behind this non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1979.
This successful idea was a noble endeavor to save the endangered Rothschild Giraffe which had lost its natural habitat to agriculture and human settlements.
There were only 130 left in the wild.

Day 3: Flight Masai Mara Safari.

Hotel transfer.
The flight takes around 45 minutes and you fly over the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley.
On arrival in the Masai Mara you will be met at the airstrip and driven the short distance to camp.
Lunch in camp, then head out for afternoon game drive to explore the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Returning to camp for pre-dinner drinks around the camp fire, dinner and overnight.
This is Africa at its most serene.
A jewel of a reserve that quietly shows off rich flocks of birds and grazing animals such as waterbuck, zebra, and gazelle.
How lucky to find ourselves in such a heavenly sanctuary!
Your first views of the park will be of its rolling, open spaces, delightful acacia trees and perhaps some early wildlife sightings.
The Mara is known to possess the greatest concentration of wildlife in the region. So, let’s start looking for those Big Five, plus giraffe, zebra, ostrich, and so many others.

Day 4: Masai Mara Safari
Morning game drive.
Evening game drive.
You can choose to explore the park the whole day.
The reserve is set on a classic African Savannah and the huge density of wildlife is astounding. Zebras,
wildebeest and gazelles graze in large herds and as a matter of fact where prey is in plenty so are the predators.

Treat your to a Mara Balloon,
ENJOY A MAASAI MARA HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHT.
At approximately 5:00 am, the balloon operating company shall collect you from your safari lodge/ tented camp in one of their custom safari jeeps, for a drive to the hot air balloon launch.
Arrive at the launch site by 6 AM, here you can watch the balloons being prepared for take-off as you enjoy a cup of Kenyan tea or coffee.
Your balloon pilot will in the meantime give you a safety briefing as well as explain your expectations during the flight.
At the Launch site-there are basic toilet facilities available.
Just before sunrise, at approximately 6:30 AM, you shall board the balloon basket.
The balloon flight lasts approximately one hour and this also depends on prevailing wind conditions, landing is between 7:30 and 7:45 AM.
Upon landing, and as part of this unique adventure-you may observe the complete deflation of the balloon.
You shall then be transported to a place for your breakfast.
Breakfast is usually set up on the savannah plains of the Masai Mara, traditionally under the shade of a lonely acacia tree.
Breakfast is an experience to remember-full and Kenyan style, complete with fresh juices,
eggs-to-order waiters in traditional costume, and, of course, champagne.

Day 5: Masai Mara Safari.
