Dining
Depending on the destination, a snack or light meal will be served. Departing from Italy on long-haul flights, you will be able to choose a hot pasta-based or meat-and-vegetable meal for your dining pleasure (lunch or dinner), both choices served with a typical, tasty Italian antipasto. The menus will have three monthly rotations based on the season. In the summer, gelato and regional cookies will sweeten your journey. On long-haul flights, you will also be served a snack or breakfast, depending on the time of the flight.
Comfort
On board the Boeing 777, you will enjoy the comfort of Recaro seats, individual entertainment systems and the possibility to make external telephone calls, or to call other passengers in the same flight, 'Free of Charge', simply by dialing their seat number. The fleet of 767s have been upgraded with more, re-designed ceiling mounted LCD screens to help you relax and enjoy a selection of films as well as a selection of music channels to suit all tastes.

There is a selection of Italian and international newspapers, as well as Ulisse magazine. You can choose from a selection of 45 movies in the Video on Demand system available on the B777. You will also find short films, documentary films, news, all chosen according to the latest trends. If audio entertainment is required, there are a selection of music channels dedicated to jazz, pop, opera and so much more.

All on board services, which vary depending on the length of the flight, have been re-designed and improved introducing new menus inspired by the best Italian gastronomic tradition. A rotation of the new proposed menus will follow the current seasonal Summer/Winter pattern in order to provide customers with the most enjoyable flying experience.
Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy a warm appetizing snack with a rustic regional feature or a hot lunch/dinner which will include a pasta-based dish on shorter flights. On longer flights in the evening, the meal is further enhanced with meat-based dishes.
Meals are accompanied by a wide range of drinks of your choice and by an on-board 'wine cellar' which includes, in addition to 'spumante', a carefully selected wine list to endorse the best Italian regional wine labels. Hot drinks and soft drinks are also available during the flight.
Hot towels are served before the meal service begins.

The new Airbus A330 named "Raffaello Sanzio", introduced in July on intercontinental flights from Milan Malpensa, inaugurates the renewal of long-haul A330 aircraft of Alitalia.

New leather seats, "full flat" which extend into a fully flat bed position, with a massage function. Provision of 1-2-1 seats designed for those travelling individually or in pairs.
