Villa Uccellaia is an attractive stone-built farmhouse dating back to the 14th century located within a  farming estate with flowers, olive trees and local shrubs. The property, which was tastefully restored retaining most of its original features and its unique charm, is located in a quiet and panoramic area offering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

The interiors are nicely decorated in a traditional style. The villa offers large outdoor areas perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun while enjoying the beautiful surrounding nature.. A nice private swimming-pool set in panoramic location is available. The location allows to easily reach beautiful towns of Umbria like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Città di Castello.

On the ground floor mezzanine there is the living-room with dining area and fireplace, kitchen  small office, game-room, living-room with fireplace and terrace leading to the garden via an outdoor staircase, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, bedroom with 4 single beds and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The first floor had a double bedroom with fireplace, double bedroom with additional sofa-bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult), bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Villa Uccellaia has a large, terraced garden, offering beautiful views over the valley below 2 furnished gazebos, table-tennis, games for children, barbecue, volley-ball ground, small basket ground. A small charming church adjoining the villa has been completely restored and offers a nice play and relax area.
