Providing you with 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor dining areas with barbecue, kitchen and living room, fully covered with free WiFi, pool with sun deck area, private beach, and panoramic views of the Adriatic sea, mountains and the island of Brač from almost every corner.

Outside you will be greeted with a heated, infinity swimming pool with hydro massage, a whirlpool next to the pool, sundeck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with barbecue. Upstairs from the pool area, you have a huge closed dining area with a kitchen, bar, pool table, table tennis, TV, and a sofa, a fun zone for everyone. A separate toilet with a washing machine is next to it.

The lower level offers 3 bedrooms; air-conditioned Bedroom No.1 with King Bed, TV, en-suite with shower and washing machine, Bedroom No.2 with King  bed, TV, exit to the terrace, Bedroom No.3 with Queen Bed, family bathroom with shower and bidet, air-conditioned living/dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The top floor offers two air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom No.4 with King bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; Bedroom No.5 with Queen Bed and in-room bathtub with sea views. There is a terrace with rattan furniture with sea views and an outdoor staircase that connects all floor levels.
