Luxury Villa Olbalski is high-quality accommodation, fully air-conditioned, free wi-fi, and offers all you need for a very comfortable stay for 14 people. It is located in short walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and others, in Podstrana, only 8km from famous town Split with great history and 15 km from Omiš and Cetina river with many activities. Villa Olbalski outdoor is located on the lower ground floor and offers a private, heated pool 8m x 4m, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, comfortable covered outdoor dining area for 14 people (from season 2019), barbecue, and fully equipped summer kitchen with toilet.

At the pool level, you are entering into a conference room/ fun zone with TV, table football, room with a running trail and TV, a luxurious spa area with steam room, shower and whirlpool, toilet. At this level, there is bedroom No1 with views on the pool, double bed, TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom No2 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, A/C, sea view, and Bedroom No 3 with bed, TV, AC and garden views. This floor offers and spacious living and dining area with a huge terrace with sea views and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower.

The second floor offers a spacious living and dining room with a huge terrace and amazing sea views, a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a Bedroom No4 with double bed , en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, and A/C. Bedroom No5 with double bed , TV, A/C, next to this bedroom is one more family bathroom with shower. Bedroom No6 with double bed , sea views, balcony, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, A/C. Bedroom No7 with double bed, A/C.
