Villa Maddalena is a splendid villa with pool just a few steps away from the rocky shore and crystal-clear waters of the Plemmirio marine protected area that extends south of Syracuse. Immersed in a luxuriant garden with Mediterranean plants, the property boasts a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and wood burning oven and a beautiful pool framed by rocks. Entered via a palm tree lined driveway, the property is spread over several levels.

A short external staircase provides access to the first floor, that includes the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, there is a bathroom.

The property enjoys a strategic position, just a few minutes’ drive from Syracuse and its enchanting historic centre, allowing easy access to the sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche, the Vendicari nature reserve, the sea villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo and the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla.
