Villa Liliana is situated in Binisafúa, a small urbanization on the south east coast of the island. Binisafúa beach, with its white sand and crystal waters, is less than a 5 minute walk from the property. Other south coast beaches, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. There are two restaurants in Binisafúa, and all other local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy and banks are 10 minutes by car in San Luis or Sant Climent. The journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 15 minutes.

The villa has a large shaded porch furnished with table and chairs and garden sofas. The swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and an artificial lawn. The surrounding garden is made up of pretty shrubs and flower beds.

The property has been tastefully decorated with modern and comfortable furniture. All rooms are distributed on ground level:
