Located in the village of Vrećari near the village of Nedescina, far from the tourist bustle, but only 10 minutes drive from the tourist centre of Rabac, a beautiful seaside resort with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. Alternatively, the historical town of Labin is only 3 km away, which becomes the centre of artistic and cultural events on the eastern coast of Istria during the summer. 

This beautiful villa is built in traditional style, to a high standard equipped with antique furniture and also features a wine cellar, gym plus a convertible  games table that can be a pool table or table tennis for extra enjoyment. The villa also provides a children's playground.

The Villa consists of two double bedrooms and one twin room. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, there's a fully equipped kitchen, connected dining room and living room with open fireplace, wine cellar and mini fitness room and covered terrace. The villa has a private pool with an outdoor terrace, barbecue area and parking. Featuring a DVD player, the villa has a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with a shower or bath. A TV with satellite channels is provided.
