Villa Estia is a stunning 4-bedroom luxury villa in the heart of Coral Bay, is a place for friends and family to gather, relax and enjoy the quality time spent with each other, along with the legendary Cypriot hospitality renowned all over the world.

The living area is spacious and open plan with the kitchen area. It consists of a leather suite, TV with internet channels, and a DVD. A large patio window opens out onto a private patio and offers views of the pool and garden. The kitchen is equipped with an electric Oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge /freezer and all necessary cutlery, utensils and crockery. It is also consisting of a table and accommodates 8. Also, on the ground floor there is a wc as well as a double bedroom with en-suite shower.

The first floor has three bedroom. The master bedroom has a double sized bed, wardrobe and patio doors, leading on to the balcony with sea views, and is en-suite. The second & third bedroom have 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes. Both twin rooms have access to the family bathroom with a full-size bath. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Outside, there is a large terrace to the front ideal for an evening barbeque or watching the sun go down. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun beds and umbrellas.

The sandy Corailia Beach is a mere 500m from the villa. Just 100m from the villa you will find a selection of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket.
