Villa Mulberry is a magnificent building dating back to the 19th Century, elegantly furnished and renovated using original materials such as hand-made terracotta flooring, wood beams and tiled ceilings. The house is on two floors, some rooms are accessed from a few steps. The furnished portico leads to a large dining room which leads to a large, well-equipped kitchen with typical fireplace and table for 8 persons, to a living room with old fireplace, to a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub with massaging jets. A small bathroom rounds up the ground floor. The first floor has a large living room with satellite TV and fireplace, a large double bedroom with independent studio, access to the balcony with tables and chairs and bathroom with bathtub and shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with hydromassage shower and bathtub, 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with hydromassage shower. The basement floor has a washing room and a room for parking bikes.

The farmhouse is in a 2 hectares area, completely fenced. The garden is well kept, mostly lawn with fruit trees and a large vegetable patch with seasonal vegetables which the guests can use.
