Arrive at Bandaranaike International Air Airport. The Chauffer guide will meet you at the AirPort and You will be transferred to your accommodation for the night in Habrana (Approximate driving duration -3 to 4 Hours ) Check in to the hotel for the night.

Today after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Sigiriya Referred by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World, this ancient palace and fortress complex has significant archeological importance and attracts thousands of tourists every year. Sigiriya rock plateau, formed from the magma of an extinct volcano, is 200 meters higher than the surrounding jungles. Later in the afternoon return to the hotel for relaxation & and chill for the rest of the day and night.

♦️Thu 10 Oct 2024: Habarana / Dambulla / Kandy
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Kandy. (Approximate Travel time 2 to 3 hrs) En route visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. On completion proceed to Kandy Temple of the tooth. In the crown jewel of the city, Kandy is the famed Sri Dalada Maligawa, also known as the Temple of the tooth. The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka's most important Buddhist relic tooth of the Buddha. The entire temple complex, from peaked tiled roofs to white walls with large airy windows, is built using classical Kandyan architecture. On completion proceed to visit the Kandy cultural show. These classical dance forms are associated with the performance of various rituals and ceremonies which are centuries old and are based on the folk religion and folk beliefs going back to times before the advent and acceptance of Buddhism by the Sinhalese people in the third century B.C. These rituals and ceremonies reflect the values, beliefs, and customs of the agricultural civilization of Sri Lanka

♦️Fri 11 Oct 2024: Kandy/ Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Nuwera Eliya. Enjoy a Scenic Train Journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (Train timings to be advised) 1st class train ride. Nuwara Eliya can be reached from Colombo via Kandy, which is the gateway to the Central Highlands of the island. Colombo-Kandy-Nuwara Eliya is the most scenic highland motor road in Sri Lanka. Though the city of Nuwara Eliya has no Railway station, the highland railway line that winds past the city of Nanu Oya makes the journey by train one of the most scenic and memorable experiences. Nuwara Eliya which is at an elevation of 1890 meters above sea level is the highest city in Sri Lanka and it lies beneath the tallest peak of the island, Pidurutalagala or Mount Pedro (2555 meters). In the afternoon, visit a local strawberry farm and enjoy fresh strawberry juices/ shake a serene walk through Gregory Park and watch the stunning sunset by Lake Gregory

♦️Sat 12 Oct 2024: Nuwara Eliya / Udawalawe
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Udawalawe. (Private Transfer approximate driving duration 02 03 Hours) proceed to Udawalawe National Park for an afternoon Jeep Safari. The sanctuary is famous for its extensive avifauna. The reserve also contains a great variety of plant species, especially lianas, shrubs, and small trees. There are several giant lianas. Many of the small and medium-sized mammals that inhabit Sri Lanka can be seen here. Several kinds of snakes and other reptiles might be seen.
