Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu. Upon arrival, meet-welcome and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight: Hotel Himalaya/Hotel Shambala, Kathmandu

Day 2: Full day tour of Kathmandu city, Swoyambhunath Stupa and Patan city
After breakfast, visit of old Kathmandu city with its stone paved lanes, colorful bazaars, the Temple of the Living Goddess - Kumari who is considered to be the incarnation of the "Virgin Goddess". The old Durbar Square consists of the old palace and innumerable temples of different architecture.

Continue to Swoyambhunath stupa, situated west of Kathmandu. It is a 2500 years old Buddhist stupa located at a top of green hillock with the eyes of Buddha painted on its pinnacle overlooking righteous behaviour of the valley inhabitants.

Later visit Patan city, also known as Lalitpur or the "city of beauty". Patan is well known for its intricately carved temples, narrow lanes and quaint shops. See the intricately stone-carved Krishna temple, Patan Durbar Square and Hiranyavarna Mahavihar (golden temple).

Day 3: Drive Kathmandu / Nagarkote via Bhaktapur (32 Km/1 hr)
Travel along windy roads to arrive at the tiny settlement of Nagarkote, situated at an altitude of 2,099m. It is known for its scenic views of the mountains ranges including Mount Everest.

En route, visit Bhaktapur. Entering the Durbar Square, the sparseness of the temples is immediately apparent, compared to the profusion in the durbar squares of Kathmandu and Patan. Visit the main square which contains a few temples and other architectural show pieces. After the visit, drive to Nagarkote for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Drive Nagarkote / Pokhara (232 Km/6.5 hrs)
Early morning, sunrise view from your own hotel (depending upon weather conditions).

After breakfast drive to Pokhara for a 2-night stay. Drive along the scenic mountainous highway to the Pokhara valley. Forming the backdrop are the spectacular Annapurnas massif and the magnificent fishtailed Machhapuchhre dominating the scenery. Adding to Pokhara’s enchantments are the three serene lakes of Phewa, Begnas, and Rupa, the World Peace stupa atop a hill, the deep Seti gorge, the Green canyon and Devin’s fall. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with incomparable mountain views.

Day 5: Pokhara
Morning, sightseeing tour of Pokhara city and its colorful bazaars. Visit includes Bindvabashini temple, Devis falls, Phewa lake side visit etc. Afternoon is free.

Day 6:
Drive Pokhara / Kathmandu (200Km/5.5 hrs)
Tour of Bodhnath and Pashupatinath
Morning, drive back to Kathmandu retracing the same highway.

Afternoon, visit the Stupa of Bodhnath. The colossal Stupa is ringed by 108 images of Buddha and 147 insets containing prayer wheels.

Then onwards to the famous temple of Pashupatinath situated on the banks of the sacred Bagmati river, temple of Lord Shiva. Pashupatinath, with a tiered golden roof and silver doors, is famous for its superb architecture and is the holiest of Hindu shrines in Nepal.

Day 7: Depart Kathmandu
Transfer to Kathmandu airport in time to connect your outbound flight.
