Day 1: Moncton
Pick up the rental car at Moncton airport.

Day 2: Moncton
Royal Oaks is an 18-hole par 72 links style layout measuring 7,103 yards in length from the championship tees. The course features bent grass fairways, tees and greens, strategic bunkering, challenging approaches, and an award winning practice & teaching facility all complemented by turf conditions which rival the best in the world. In the afternoon take a drive through spectacular rugged coastal scenery, passing tide carved shores, and unique rock formations. Stop for a walk on the ocean floor at Hopewell Cape (depending on tides) and view the famous “Flower Pot Rocks” sculpted by the mighty Fundy Tides, one of the wonders of the world.

Day 3: Moncton - Cardigan (234 km)
Today take the Confederation Bridge crossing to Canada’s smallest province, Prince Edward Island. Lighthouse lovers will delight in the four lighthouses that are open to the public in summer. Point Prim Lighthouse - the Island’s oldest lighthouse, Wood Islands Lighthouse - located just beyond the ferry terminal, Cape Bear Lighthouse - said to be the first Canadian land station to receive the distress signals from the Titanic, and Panmure Island Lighthouse - PEI’s oldest wooden lighthouse. The Rodd Brudenell River Resort proves to be a good halfway point for those touring the Points East Coastal Drive, but for golfers this site is an absolute
must-stop. Two top-of-the-line 18-hole courses are the main features of a resort complex that includes cabins, hotel and executive-style cottages, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, horseback riding, spa services and even lawn bowling!

Day 4-5: Cardigan
Dundarave 18-hole championship golf course designed by award winning architects Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry opened in July of l999. The course offers an appealing blend of traditional and contemporary architectural designs with some of the most memorable bunkering patterns. Expansive fairways lined with luscious pines and the tranquil Brudenell River meander through some of the most stunning beauty that PEI has to offer.

Included Activity: Seal & River Tour
This river cruise takes you down the beautiful Montague River towards the Atlantic Ocean. When we reach the ocean, you will hopefully get a chance to see seals sunning themselves or playing in the water. You’ll learn about lobster fishing and how mussels are cultured. On the return trip, you’ll have the opportunity to sample some delicious, fresh PEI mussels, cooked right on board for you! This tour is a great way to see and experience our beautiful Island.

Day 6: Cardigan – O’Leary (near Summerside)
(173 km) Today you will travel part of the Blue Heron Coastal drive, named after the long-legged slate-blue Heron that is common along the water’s edge. The northern section of Blue Heron Drive is probably the most travelled road on the Island as it passes through Cavendish and PEI National Park region. In Cavendish you will find the popular Anne of Green Gables Museum.

Day 7: O’Leary
At the Rodd Mill River Resort, just 37 kms West of Summerside, this mature forest course is the discerning golfer’s dream with 18 totally different memories for both the high and low handicap player. Wide rolling fairways, well bunkered greens, subtle elevation changes and numerous lakes and streams make each hole a new challenge and a pleasure to play.

Day 8: O’Leary - Moncton (209 km) [Departure]
Today you may have one last round of golf before you depart for the Airport. Summerside Golf & Country Club is situated one kilometer west of Summerside, just 20 minutes from the Confederation Bridge, it overlooks the Summerside Harbour. The eighteenth hole is one of the most challenging finishing holes on PEI and includes one of the eight water holes located on the course.
